Tiong Seng Lauded for Productivity, Construction Excellence and Safety

Once again, Tiong Seng is recognised for its construction excellence, construction productivity and safety efforts on local and international shores!

This year, Tiong Seng Contractors Pte Ltd was commended for construction excellence as well as construction productivity in terms of management, technical capability and construction quality at the annual Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) Awards Dinner yesterday. Three of our projects, namely Wilkie Studio, Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) and Tribeca, have won the Construction Excellence Awards. Wilkie Studio and Shelford Suites projects bagged another two Construction Productivity Awards (Platinum), the highest accolade in the award category, having achieved commendable productivity through the use of exemplary building design features and advanced construction technologies.

Furthermore, Tiong Seng’s commitment to the workplace safety and health was also recognised internationally, as we are conferred the Gold Medal Award during the United Kingdom-based Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Awards, held at the National Exhibition Centre of Hilton Burmingham Metropole Hotel on 16 May 2012. In addition, Tiong Seng also garnered 7 Gold Awards and 2 Silver Awards from its projects for their standards in the prevention of workplace accidents and ill health!
